Fairhaven Woodland and Water Garden Ticket Terms & Conditions

Tickets are not transferable and may not be sold or passed to any third party. If you have booked a specific date or time for your ticket it will only be valid on that date.
All persons entering Fairhaven must have a valid entrance ticket/receipt which must be retained during your visit.
Fairhaven Garden Trust reserves the right to transfer tickets to another date and time or offer an alternative date in case of incidents beyond its control.

Refund Policy 

If you decide that you no longer want your tickets, or if you cannot attend Fairhaven on the date for which they were purchased (even if this is due to circumstances beyond your control) a refund or exchange cannot be guaranteed. If a refunded is processed this will incur a cost which will cover the fee we pay to process. It is not possible to offer a refund for day entry tickets purchased under the Gift Aid scheme. You can cancel your tickets in exchange for a voucher in your booking account. 

Mobility Scooter Hire Policy

When hiring a mobility scooter you agree:
- To ask for an induction for use on arrival, if required. 
- To report any issues or incidents with the scooter.
- That you are not on any medication that will affect the safe use and
- that you accept full liability in the unlikely case that you cause an accident or incident during your use.
