We're open from 9am-4pm On Thursday - Sunday (Closed on Tuesday and Wednesday).

Important information:
  • Your ticket is valid until closing time on the day of your visit.
  • Our tearoom is serving breakfast from 9am on the days we are open.
  •  You will recieve 2 emails, a confirmation and a reciept. On arrival we will need your 5 digit order ID or your downloaded tickets from your confirmation email. If you do not recieve your email, check the spam folder before contacting us.
  • Please book your under 4 a ticket, even though they're free. This helps us keep track of all visitors. 
Gardeners World Vouchers:
  • To book with a Gardeners World 2 for 1 voucher please do the following.. Select BOTH Gardeners World - 2 for 1 & Gardeners World free admission.  (There is no concession for GW vouchers so adult prices apply)
*concession consists of; 60 years+, visitors with disabilities, carers and students. (Student and carer id cards to be presented on arrival)

UK Tax Payer - Gift aid donation

Income from Gift Aid goes straight into projects within the garden such as providing wheelchair accessible picnic benches, new plantings and restoration projects.

Your support keeps the garden growing!

A great big thank you to those that have helped us with Gift Aid. So far it has helped us to start up-grading the main pathways and is funding the next stage of the West Garden Restoration

By generously choosing to pay this higher price, your entire ticket price can be treated as a donation and Fairhaven will be able to reclaim 25% from HM Revenue and Customs. You are confirming that you will pay sufficient UK income/capital gains tax to cover this and all other gift-aided donations made in this tax year.
Non UK Taxpayer but would like to donate
If you generously pay the higher price but do not pay sufficient UK income/capital gains tax to cover this and all other gift-aided donations made in this tax year then Fairhaven will still benefit from the additional payment.
