A 2 hour course set in the beautiful garden at Fairhaven that will open your heart and mind to the healing properties of the natural world. A gentle, relaxed and enjoyable session to help you access the benefits of nature and integrate them into your everyday life.

It's been a tough year for all of us, but one thing we have all learnt is that nature can support and help us through these difficult times. All the science points towards the powerful effect that being in nature has on our mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. It can awaken intense feelings of happiness, peace and clarity. We could all do with more of these feelings at a time when we often feel confused, unsettled and low.

Lee, our Education and Wildlife Officer, has 20 years' experience in helping people discover and connect to the natural world. She will guide through two hours of relaxation, connection activities and creative moments .By the end of the session, you will feel rejuvenated and restored and ready to face the world again!
The course has been risk-assessed to be Covid-safe. It will run in all weathers unless it is deemed to be unsafe and then it will be rescheduled to another suitable date.

Please wear sturdy shoes and wear appropriate out-door clothing. Food and drink not provided on the course.
